jellyfishkat @darlingwren hi! Sorry for the delay, just saw this now. Shoulder to shoulder is about 15 inches flat. The “empire waist” seam isn’t really an empire waist; it sits at about the mid bust (at least on me). The measurement for that is about 18 inches flat. The dress doesn’t really have a waist. The fabric is pretty stretchy. Let me know if you have more questions.
