Forever 21 Dress Retro Print

Forever 21 Dress Size medium, but has stretch in the bust. GUC, one small stain on the hem as noted in the last photo (that I didn't even notice until I was taking measurement photos). Halter top style with strings that cross and tie in the back. Retro 70's style print. About knee length. Measuremnts: bust unstretched: about 12 inches, length at highest: about 30 inches: length down middle: about 24 inches.
