Gorgeous print dress by Pauline Trigere for Saks Fifth Avenue features front slit pockets and a high neck that buttons in back. There is also an additional piece that I believe is neck scarf detail. Very chic. I believe this is wool crepe and it’s lined in what feels like silk. Very good vintage condition. The hem is coming loose in a couple of places but not noticeable Size 6 but somebody wrote 4 over it 😂 It fits like a current 0-2 imo. See measurement pics for details.
