Women's Size XS Poncho Open Sweater Fringe Southwestern Bohemian Soft by Va Va This is a women's ruana style, open front tunic. It has a southwestern pattern, with lots of thick fringe. It is thick, soft and warm. This piece is made by VaVa by Joy Han (made in the USA). The style number is VT-9386. It is in very good condition. Made from 95% polyester,and 5% spandex, it needs to be dry cleaned only.  It is an XS, but it is oversized. These measruements are approximate, but I do try my best. Please use the measurements to ensure a good fit before purchase: 28" 41" top of shoulder to bottom hem (depending if you are measuring at the shortest or longest edges), 23" under arm to under arm, 26.5" sleeve.
