Elan Tie Dye Spaghetti Strap Dress / Beach Cover Up Size Small

This tie dye ruffle dress from Elan is used but in good condition. It features a V back and adjustable straps. It is a little sheer which i tried to show in the second photo of the back (you can see the mannequin through it in the light.) You may want to wear a slip underneath, I bought it to wear for a pool party a few years ago over a bathing suit. Size small.
