Men’s long sleeve button down shirt, light blue

Size Medium, 100% cotton, light blue with thin plaid Small black mark on the right side under the pocket (see pictures) looks like pen, could possibly be removed? Also a small tear/hole in the right sleeve, can be easily hidden if you role up your sleeves! (See picture)
