pinxgirl @doulos214 Hi and thanks for your interest! This item is in good used condition with some scuffs and insoles removed as described in the description and images. Items that are new with tags will have a “NWT” tag by the title. It is possible you saw this as a “promoted closet” item which I have noticed can show up in search results even if it does not meet all the search criteria you selected such as “NWT” items. I hope this helps clear up any confusion!

pinxgirl @addelynnvintage Hi! I think they are true to size in length. The toe box height may be a little shorter than other shoes but since it is real leather, they will loosen over time with wear so it is possible that was intentional to keep feet from sliding. Hope this helps!
