The bag does have several marks on the leather (see all photos zoomed in and zoomed out). They are noticeable but someone who knows leather may be able to condition and stain. We are not leather experts, so we did not try to restore. There is a zipper pull missing and the leather seams to have left some stains/marks on the teal inside (see photos). This is still very usable and lovely. May need some leather repair and cleaning. Please see all photos for full condition. Includes pocket insert but no changing pad.
