I ordered this bag thinking it would help me carry fewer things. Well it didn’t! I just don’t reach for it! I’ve loaded my items in but never carried it out of the house! It has the long cross body strap. All hardware is perfect! No scratches or scuffs on the bag, corners are perfect. Dust bag has a small stain. Please ask questions prior to purchase. I have many Coach items in my closet-bundle to save.
