Literally so adorable and so much detailing on this skirt. It was worn only a couple of times for matches. In great preowned condition. Front pockets, under shorts, ruching in the sides. lillyg3 @aidacazares Hi the waist is 14” approx lying flat and is elastic. If by flexible you mean workout wear it’s polyester Lycra so yes it stretches. Let me know if you still want it. ( I saw your offer)
