This vintage postcard features a bustling street scene in Dayton, Ohio, showcasing previously existing United Brethren (U. B. Building) now Centre City building and Krug’s Restaurant with a Red Tobacco Tobacco Billboard. The Real Photo (RPPC) card was manufactured in Germany in the 1900s and is part of the PCK Series by Paul Koeber. The image captures a turn of the 20th-century view of the U.B. United Brethren Building, now Centre City Building. The scene is bustling with people, horses, and carts, giving a glimpse of the early 1900s.
The postcard is made of cardboard and paper, with an undivided back and is in excellent condition. It has not been postmarked, making it a great addition to any collection. This original, licensed reprint card measures a standard 5.5 x 3.5 inches and comes as a single unit.
