This is very pretty, looks and feels real. I wore this with crew neck sweaters for a little extra flare. Very easy to wear, not too hot. It attaches with Velcro so you can make it as tight or loose as you want. Very cute on, no label (I don't recall where I bought it). Very nice quality. See my other items too.
