Vintage Cullinane cotton wool blend Christmas cardigan sweater mom teacher

Size large vintage Christmas sweater in a cotton wool blend with beautiful detailing throughout. The cardigan sweater has staining on the collar in various places and the bottom of the sleeve. Shown in the last 6 photos. There are a few snags as well shown in the photos. I’m unsure if the staining can be removed. The measurements are a 44 inch bust, 38 inch waist, 36.5 inches across the bottom, 31 inches in length and 27 inch long sleeves.
