This beautiful Vintage, Whisper, White Lace, Lined Skirt with Fringe is the perfect skirt to add to your collection. Beautiful lace details with that classic scalloped edge fringe. The tag sizes it as a Large, however I do believe its more like a small. There is an elastic waist for stretch. The lace is made from 90% polyester and 10% rayon, and the lining is 100% polyester.
