New without tags. Warm, beautiful light blue color. I can’t find label with size but by measurements and what I use to be it should be size Large. I lost wait and it is big on me now otherwise I would keep it. It is just gorgeous color and very soft. It feels thick , not a light weight coat. I never got to were it. See measurements in a photos. There couple little stains on a lining on inside near label see last photo. It came like that and I did not care. Purchased from Macys last winter. Non smoking house. Questions and offers welcomed!
