Vintage Oscar de la Renta Sport blue ruffle blouse upcycled with vintage buttons

Vintage Oscar de la Renta Sport gorgeous blue blouse Made in Hong Kong so probably 1960/70?? The buttons were mismatched and falling off so I replaced them with vintage buttons from my mom’s estate ( they too are probably from the same time era This is marked size 12 but it’s more like an 8/10 But please check measurements for proper fit Chest 18.5” Shoulders 15” Length 23.5” Polyester so no stretch Recommend to hand washed because of the delicacy of the buttons Please note I am no Oscar de la Renta so the inside stitching is not perfect looking . I will include 1 extra button in case one should fall off It was hand washed and steamed press so ready to wear No holes stains smells or rips The buttons on the cuffs are the original as I could not find that many matching buttons but I think it looks fine that way The front by the collar needs a good pressing or maybe wear a hidden pin to to keep it closed or just undo the top 2 and wear it open The color is a fabulous royal blue Sold as is please no refunds or returns This is my first upcycing of this type and will be doing more in the future
