Vintage Red & Black Dress

Silky vintage dress that fully buttoned in the front and ties at the neck. No tag on it shows the brand so I don’t know what brand it is. My guess is this dresses from the early 80s. There is no stretch to the fabric, except there is slight stretch around the waist because of an elastic band. No holes tears or snags that I could find.
