Vintage 70’s Fit and Flare Dress White with Twirly Pink and Blue Overlay The cutest!! The blue and pink is stitched in at the top and waist only, so drapes and spins with beautiful movement. Cap sleeves, high modest neck, a bit sheer (needs a slip), fantastic twirl. Belt is unattached, no loops. The top back enclosure is missing it’s receptor hook.
