What is the strap drop? Can this comfortably be worn crossbody?

yes, it could be worn as a Crossbody. You could also tie a knot at the top if you wanted it shorter. The drop-down is 33 inches. I added a picture of me wearing it as a Crossbody. Excuse the robe. 😁
