Elie Tahari Dress

Blue toned cocktail dress made by Elie Tahari. The color is closer to a medium teal blue color than the picture. It is closed all the way down in the front even though it looks wrapped. There is a hidden side zipper to use to put on the dress. There is a belt... I tried to put it on the dress but not quite sure how it works but its pretty cool and snaps to close. The dress is dry clean only.
