Vintage 1940's Red Wood Handle Twisted Coil Wire Whisk

This vintage metal coiled spring whisk circa the 1940's has a wooden handle with red and pale yellow paint. It is oval or egg shaped so it's perfect for scrambled eggs. It measures about 11.25 inches long total. The wire section measures about 4.5 inches long and the wooden section of the handle is about 4 inches long. There are 7 springs. Condition-wise, it does show its age. There is some wear and chipped paint on the handle and the metal is also discolored, but not rusted. #americana #kitchen #utensil #cooking #antique
