Vintage Y2K brown leather strappy open toe Manolo Blahnik stiletto heels with braided straps. Heel height is 3.5". European size 39 1/2, US equivalent women's 8.5. Good condition pre owned, heel straps near the buckles have a small amount of peeling from wear. Outsoles also show wear.
