Faithfull the Brand Farah Midi Dress in Cobalt Blue Betina Floral

I love the design and print, but this shade of blue doesn't look good on me. Only worn twice, hand washed, and laid flat to dry. An extra hook and eye/modesty closure was sewn in by me. There's a stretched area in the back (pic 12) that is at the knee-length area. The dress arrived that way, and I missed the return window.
