Vintage floral patchwork cowl neck dress by DBY. High low. Adjustable straps. Marked as a 7/8 and would best fit a size small. There are side loops for a waist tie, but those have been taken off. Approximate measurements laying flat: Armpit to armpit: 17.5” Waist: 16.5” Hip: 18” Dress is shorter in the front and longer in the back. The straps are adjustable, so the length varies. Length front (straps adjusted shortest): 35” Length front (straps adjusted longest): 40.5” Length back (straps adjusted shortest): 43” Length back (straps adjusted longest): 48.5”
