Vintage Habitat Int’l BAYNUM & BARLEY Circus Lion On Drum Christmas Ornament

Strike up the band, bang the drum, Christmas time is lots of fun ! Definitely vintage and definitely rare! This Habitat International Christmas ornament features a lion dressed as a ringleader and standing on a drum. One side has painted lettering, " BAYNUM & BARLEY “. I am guessing this is tongue in cheek for Barnum & Bailey. The drum Sides are covered in printed diamond pattern on paper. Gold metallic cord strung at diagonal around drum circumference. Red fabric/metallic braid around top/bottom edges of drum. Gold metallic looped cord for hanging. Paper Mâché Excellent condition. Lightweight considering large 7” size Great for collectors of vintage Christmas tree ornaments or collectors of circus memorabilia.
