Reposhing this item. I have not worn or washed this. Tag is attached, but it seems to have been washed and hung to dry, and tag reattached. There are many loose threads around tiers and a few unraveling flowers. I have deeply discounted the price for these reasons. I would rate this GUC. Please feel free to post questions! Questions?
