Quilted on the front and back, ribbed stretchy material on the sides and very soft fleece at the collar and shoulders. The interior is lined fleece, except at the ribbed siding. Has 2 zippered fleece lined pockets. Made of PFAS-free DWR (durable water repellent) material. Color: Black Excellent condition. If you hate being cold-this is the best for you! The fleece high collar blocks out wind and cold and is super soft and cozy. Pit to pit flat is about 21”. 26-26.5” shoulder seem to bottom hem. Had a tulip hem so a little longer in front and back than on the sides. Very flattering!
