There is no size tag and I am going to guess this is a small or medium. If I remember correctly I think the very top measureed around 14" but it's very stretchy/elastic. It is SO darling and feminine. It is ephemeral in a way, cute, baby doll but dreamy. I could see this being worn at a bachelorette party or on vacation. Did you see there are pockets? 100% cotton.
