Vintage Christian Dior Cotton Neckerchief/Scarf Horses/Harness Racing Print 1970

Here is a fine quality cotton neckerchief or small scarf made by Christian Dior in the 1970s. The cotton material is as light as air and soft as cotton, of course! When held to the light, the fabric is somewhat translucent. The print features horses and jockeys involved in the sport of Harness Racing. This print is along the outer border of the scarf. The inner scarf is a square of racetrack dirt brown. The outer border is made to resemble a race track that goes around in dirt. The colors of this scarf are cream, brown, gold/yellow horses and some outlines in black. The hem is hand rolled and hand sewn. The famous designer’s name appears in the print on the lower right hand side of the scarf. This is a vintage Christian Dior scarf that is one that you will not often see for sale and a great addition to your Dior collection. Condition: Very Good There are no issues to note regarding the quality and integrity of this scarf. There are some small stains in a few spots from color run.
