Antique WWI Queen Mary Needlework Brooch

This antique brooch is made of a gold tone metal and has an old-style coiled c closure with the pin extending beyond. The brooch is shaped like a royal crown dangling from the white rectangle that says, "QMNG". Below the crown are the letters "MR", with a white, red, and green enamel floral section at the bottom.
