Good condition. Color is taupe/mocha. Asymmetrical cut on bottom of skirt. Drop-waist. Elastic waistband. Has slight stretch. Length to lowest part of skirt: 36’’ Waist: 17’’ ***last photo: skirt has a slight snag on front near the top, this is hard to tell- but I do want to note.
