@sheilaphilli391 hi, Sheila that's no problem. Just go ahead and look at your options to return the item and make a return request. And I believe that they will issue a return shipping label. But I'm not exactly sure on my end. It has to have already been received like if you left a 5 star rating, but it says delivered so I don't know if I can start the return process or if it's better to do on your end so that you don't have to pay any return shipping fees at all.
