Do the straps go over the shoulders and hang comfortably?

@hellopink5 they do fit over the shoulder but they are not the super long straps from like the large le pliage. With the straps over my shoulder, the bag fits right under my armpit. Definitely comfortable and fits fine but wanted to be clear that they aren’t the long straps.
