Beautiful, vintage Villeroy & Boch "Basket" porcelain soup tureen and lid made in West Germany featuring the company's brown backstamp. It is off-white with imagery of a basket/bowl of fruit and flowers, a green lattice design, and yellow striping. The handles have a scalloped shape. This tureen is in excellent pre-owned condition and appears like new. The round base measures 7 3/4" diameter. This piece is just over 8" tall at the top of the lid handle. This is a great size for entertaining. This will be packed with care and shipped promptly.
