18k Sapphire CharmPendant September birthstone 3D charm pendant. Charm measures 5/8" in length by 5/8" in width (measuring without bale) and a 5/16" thickness. Each natural sapphire measures 2mm in diameter for approximately 2ctw. The inside opening of the bale measures 3.5mm in diameter.
