The black fabric appears a bit faded and these have perhaps been laundered but no too carefully. The covers close with zippers but sadly both are non-working and will need to be replaced. Still the pillow fronts are just outstanding and the embroidery looks intact and in great condition - these are perfect candidates for reuse or repurpose efforts! !
