what kind of material is this? is it soft or more on the scratchy wool side? Thank ya kindly!

40% wool, 39% polyamide, 13% viscose and 8% camel hair.
I don’t consider it scratchy as it is only 40% wool but I would wear a long sleeve t-shirt under it with jeans or pants. I like the look of a t-shirt under crewneck or v-neck sweaters.
