andersnapple @lulu32107 Im sorry i dont know what pvc is? 🫣 are you asking about the outer or inside lining? inside is a cloth but not velvet which has been asked. Outer is a leather type more hard not flimsy but a type of harder material that can be wiped with a wet cloth if needed. Hope that helps.. sorry for my Ignorance.

andersnapple @mac121507 sorry don't know Measurements, pictures of the wallet are in my closet, which is a real g. Because I have a stamp code. There's one zipper and it works. Can tell you it's not tiny. It's not extra large. It can hold a wallet makeup bag & other few items I just need one that can hold an ipad easily
