This is a lightweight turtleneck. The fabric has a sheen to it. It's not meant to be fitted but skims the body and hangs nicely. In the 5th photo you see a thread. There is no line extending like a snag would have. That is the only flaw. Very pretty top. 2nd photo is pretty close to color. it's not navy but still a dark blue. 15 1/2" chest - stretches 23" length
