Black vintage (20s, 30s or 40s) union made cloche flapper hat. Made of woven raffia straw with a netting covering the entire hat and a ribbon band and ribbon band on the crown. There is no maker's label tag present. The union made label is intact as pictured. Approx. measurements: Inside circumference - 21.5" Crown height - 5" Condition: Excellent condition given its age.
