Hooded, retro fall or winter jacket

Fun, retro, multi-colored warm jacket. Inside is lined with fleece material and incredibly soft. Worn a handful of times. Unsure of brand - tag mentions that the design is out of Germany and there’s a logo on the tag I’m not familiar with.
