Vintage Boutique Donald Brooks party dress

This vintage dress is a must-have! It’s an empire waist white dress with black details and a short sleeve. It belonged to my mom-in-law, who took great care of it. It’s in good condition and comes with a fully lined zipper back. Unfortunately, the material and size aren’t listed. Here are the measurements: pit to pit is 15 inches, waist is 14 inches, and the length from the back collar is 51 inches. Donald Brooks was a legendary fashion designer who made a huge impact on American fashion from 1965 to 1973. The New York Times even called him one of the “three B’s” alongside Bill Blass and Geoffrey Beene. He designed for Broadway and Hollywood, and he even won the New York Drama Critic Award and got three Academy Award nominations!
