Navy blue, lined pencil skirt from Ellen Tracy. Size 4. Sewn down waistband and has a hook and eye with zipper closure in the back. 7” slit in he back as well. Preloved in excellent condition. Waist 16”, length 22 1/2”. See picture for material content.
