This stunning brooch is a vintage piece with an art deco-inspired design. It is an ornate flower with scrollwork, made out of sterling silver and covered in marcasite stones. The brooch is stamped "sterling". There is a maker's signature, but I'm unable to make it out or identify the maker. The brooch is in very good condition. After a gentle cleaning, it has only very mild signs of tarnish on the underside. It measures 2.00" by 0.75", and it weighs 8.5g It will come in a gift box.
