Vintage 80s Wild Honey California denim leopard print tiered ruffle skirt, 11

Size says 11/12 but waist is 26”, so small or medium would be better fit. It’s too small for me. Love the tiered leopard print ruffles! Part of zipper where you pull it is broken, but still zips nicely, see last pic. 🦊 For reference, I am 5’4”, and wear small-med in standard sizing. I wear med-Large in Juniors.
