Chaps brand, size medium, cute polka dot dress. Black and a white/off-white/cream. Top is high waisted, with a crossover v-neck. Bust and waist are shown in photos. Length is approx 58” from top of strap to hem. Used, but in very nice condition! No known stains or flaws! Very long and flowy, nice material that doesn’t hold wrinkles much at all!
