designerblvd @losstarot It's not really visible until you actually put it on. If that makes sense. It's the elastic on both ends of the sleeve

designerblvd @losstarot You can take it in to be fixed/ replace the elastic. It's a design flaw I have another one and the exact same thing happened over time.
