This is a spectacular vintage piece, circa 1980s, depicting a golden jaguar (or a panther? leopard? lion?) leaping. It has white or clear crystals in the collar, and green crystal eyes. I can't find a maker's mark; it looks like it was designed to mimic designs from major designers like Cartier and Gucci (animal brooches were common in the 1980s) but it's definitely costume jewelry. It's in fair, wearable condition. There are some pin prick marks on the body, and some of the plating is rubbed off one leg. On the underside, there is some discoloration. It measures 3.75" by 1.00". It's substantial; it weighs 30g It will come in a gift box.
