I bought this in two sizes and the other size fit better. These are very comfortable, baggy wide leg fit. My waist is 30.5” and I ended up keeping the size 30 rather than this size 31. These jeans are 100% cotton.

@melrose1105 The tags say 31x31. I measured and the waist is about 16” (maybe a tiny bit more), and the inseam is 31”.
