This is a super cute black floral style wrap dress from Express. It's from 2017 and tags are still attached. Deep v neck with hook closure (loop for hook is really small and hard to see. Not sure if there was supposed to be a metal loop and not thread but it definitely can work with the hook ) Ruffle hem and around collar. It's definitely on the shorter side. Size is determined by tag so please also see measurements.
